
Placing an order with Matthey Farm is a FOUR STEP process
Please read the following before placing your order, confirmation is via Live Chat
Step 1 - Sign Up/ Log in Sign Up once per person to create your account when you're ready to order, then speak to Farmer Gene via Live Chat to discuss your eligibility. Log In every time, do NOT Log Out
Step 2 - scroll down to select Product/s and the Quantity, add them to your cart, select view cart.
For Stockfeed or Regular Customers subsections (see FAQ for definition) go to "Live Chat" to ask Farmer Gene for the password if eligible 7am to 7pm daily - (bottom right of your screen).
Step 3 - "Go to Unassisted Booking" while in the cart for you to be sent directly to Unassisted Pick-up.
If you are wanting Assisted Loading, then select 'Booking Calendar" (main menu) and select a Day and Time which suits you and then add to cart, then follow the checkout prompts to submit your order.
The blue tab is the final one to press, scroll down to "Place Order".
If there are still items in your cart, then your order has not been processed successfully.
Two confirmation emails will be sent, one for the products/quantity, other is the day/time & instructions.
Step 4 - You MUST wait for order confirmation via Live Chat 7am to 7pm from Farmer Gene,
replied messages from Live Chat when your offline go into your spam email, please check
Failure to do so could result with your order not ready for pick up or order cancellation by 7am.
