Then send Farmer Gene a message via Live Chat about the last time you purchased which hay or if you’re wanting to purchase WOOD, Garden Mulch, Stockfeed or Horse Quality Hay. 
Check your spam email for prompt responses 7am to 7pm daily. 
Farmer Gene will then assign you a badge & password to give you access to restricted subsections if you qualify. 
The product “HAY FOR SALE” advertises only what is currently available in the picture for all subsections. 
This is always up to date. 
What ever is advertised , that’s it. 
Don’t ask if l have something that’s not advertised, please show the initiative or see answers in newsletters in FAQ. 
LOG IN - is for customers who are already members of the Matthey Farm. 
Stay logged in to order so all your account details is used whilst ordering. 
Also you will get messages from Farmer Gene via LIVE CHAT or via email (check spam/ junk folder) when your offline.
